we will make mock-ups and then do sample paper prints for your check. until you are satisfied with every details before your uniforms get produced.
Digital Printing
We use high-end ink to print your design onto special transfer paper by the advanced Japanese MUTOH Printer.
Which Produces vibrant colors and vivid images. We can make any design you can imagine.
Sublimation Dye Fabric
Experienced employees at Yafa sportswear transfer the paper image to your white fabric using consistent, even heat. Colors can be extraordinarily brilliant due to the bonding of the dye to the transparent fibers of the synthetic fabric.
Fabric Cutting
We then cut your fabric into corresponding portions with precision and review the quantity of all portions for your order to reduce waste and eliminate errors.
Fabric Sewing
Stitches play a vital role in seam strength, appearance and flexibility of your Garments. We use Four needles and Six lines advanced sewing techniques in the mass production.
